To the Kolisnyk family:
Uncle Walter always made time for me. He'd take me to the co-op for coffee when I visited Swan River. He praised me for winning races as a kid. He told everyone about that! And he payed attention to my kids too. He always compared muscles with Derrick. Derrick loved that! He'd ask Connie questions. He made a point of being a part of our lives. More recently I enjoyed seeing him playing pool at the Seniors Centre. That was his passion. I never played him. He was too good for me.
Uncle Walter had a place in my heart and he still does.
