Dad
Nobody else can take your place in my life. I can’t tell you how many tears I’ve cried since the day I was told my precious dad died. It seems so impossible, although I know it’s true. As everything I see around me reminds me of you. I can still hear your laughter and see your smiling face. I would have lost my sanity if not for God’s saving grace. I have to lose this letter now but this is not goodbye, for you will forever be with me in my heart and mind Dad. I know how much you love me as much as I love you and each time you think of me I know you’ll miss me too.
When tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart.
For every time you think of me, I’m right there in your heart.
Love you dad
