Jiggs is survived by his parents James and Grace; sisters Marlina and Freda; brothers Jonny, Leevi, Bobby and Kordell Lathlin; kokum Irene Genaille, Vitaline and   Roderick Sinclair; aunties, uncles and cuzzins too numerous to mention.

Jiggs was predeceased by grandparents Howard and Clara Cook; grandpa Paul Genaille; brothers Joseph and Curtis; aunties Sharon Genaille; uncles Carl and Kevin Cook, Jonathon, Katy, Nadine and Martina Cook, Curtis Brass, Chelsea Genaille and Micheal Lathlin.

Jiggs received his education K-9 at NDKMS he also was a cadet at NDKMS, then continued in Cranberry Portage where he graduated grade 12. He worked at Keeyask Hydro Dam, then to Rheil Logging and Lumber Yard.

Jiggs was a fun young man everybody loved to hang out with him especially with his family and friends. His favorite past time was fishing rod and reel with his dad in Swan Lake, he was so proud when he caught his first Pickerel, he also loved to go sweet grass picking with his kokum Irene and late choom Paul.

He loved his two nephews dearly Thomas and Jayden Cook, those were his pride and joy.

 

In keeping with traditions,

a wake and funeral service will be held

and Jeffrey will be laid to rest at

Pelican Rapids, Manitoba.
