Samantha Marie Charter

Samantha was a happy spirited woman. Her most favourite pastimes were being with her grandchildren. Oh how she loved her babies – so much that the big beautiful smile on her face would not leave when she spoke of her grandchildren. She received her education at Pelican Rapids School until grade eight and then went on to Cranberry Portage, Manitoba. Samantha moved all over Manitoba, Saskatchewan and   Alberta following her husband Joe to where his employment lead him. She was always happy to be home with family, especially          visiting Kookim Vitaline and Choom Roderick as well as Gilbert and Grace. Sam is going to be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was a great and beautiful sister.

Samantha is survived by: her husband Joseph Charter; son Dwight (Tracy); daughters Tierra and Tanis; grandson Tyce; granddaughters Cassandra and Lanessa; Mom and Dad Karren and Theodore;      brothers Benjamin, Williard, Jesse and Ralph; sisters Sheena and Shady; Kookums Lucy Audy and Vitaline Sinclair (Roderick); Chooms Alec Audy, Albert Audy and Harold (Harriet) Kematch; aunties Selena (Dennis), Della, Nora (Fred), Ann Mary, Peggy,        Lorraine (Collin), Koreen, Delores and Paula (Calvin); uncles       Hughie, Nelson (Rosie), John Audy, Clayton Audy and Ephrem (Sophie) Sakayigun as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Samantha was predeceased by: her father Willard Leask; brother Jonathon Cook; sisters Suella Leask and Stephanie Leask;              grandparents Pearly & Martha Leask, William John & Maria Audy; auntie Thelma; great aunts Nora Cook and Clara Brass; great uncles Hubert Kematch, Clifford Kematch, Bruce       Kematch, Neal Kematch and Ralph Kematch; uncle Edgar Leask; cousins Sherona and Poundmaker, John John, Kimberly, Colin Jr., Colleen, Rodney and Kathleen.
