He loved to watch NHL Hockey on TV especially Winnipeg Jets and Calgary Flames then most recently the OCN Blizzards at GMLC. He would go and watch fastball and slow pitch   tournaments in The Pas and Flin Flon.

Edgar was a very caring man as he helped care and raised his nieces, nephews and cousins to keep our families close.

He lead a quiet life, he lived the traditional and Christian ways of life as he accepted Jesus into his life. He loved his children dearly and was very protective as he wanted his children to learn the importance the gift of life, to learn their role and responsibilities. He kept in touch with his friends by telephone, he would drop in just to say hello, he would ask how his family, relatives and friends were doing.

He worked in Winnipeg, British Columbia and Edson, Alberta in different jobs. He worked as a helper with fishing in Dawson Bay. He joined the army with encouragement by his cousin Peter. He left with his brother Hugh and Alfred Campeau. He left his employment with Sapotaweyak Health Authority due to medical reasons, he also worked at the Loonie Bin in Sapotaweyak.  He remained in SCN with his family until his health declined and he moved to The Pas to be closer to the hospital. He lived with his niece, Sharon and choomies Landon and Sebastian.
