Although CodyRay had asthma, his perseverance of sports and outdoorsmanship did not stop him from enjoying his true passions. He enjoyed various sports but his all-time favorite was baseball with his hometown team, The Mafeking Royals (his other family). He also had a love for hockey, hunting, trapping, fishing and just hanging out his buddies and shooting the breeze or what not.
CodyRay was and will always be a one of a kind, with a heart of gold. He said what had to be said and did what to be done. He was very protective and instilled his beliefs and upbringing to his little brother, Braden Dominick, his little sister Chae Royannah as well as his older brother Keith Aaron. With his hilarious sense of humor and a smile that was so contagious, you couldn’t help but smile too.
He was employed with various companies in many fields of work, but most of all he enjoyed working along side his father in the logging industry. His most recent employment was learning carpentry in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.
Until we meet again my Sonny Boy, I know in my heart and soul you are now with your one and only, Papa Ray. I can so see the both of you in your glory. I will always hear you calling me Cynthia, whether it be in our home or in a crowded place like the arena or the baseball field. CodyRay, there is no just no other loss that measures up to this one but I will always cherish and be blessed with the 21 years I got to share with my son. Love Cynthia.
