William, and married Jacqueline Joy on
November 20, 1954; she predeceased him on

early 1980’s.
He retired from the Manitoba Civil Service
in 1993. He was a lifelong member of
the Royal Canadian Legion in Fort William,
The Pas, and Swan River. Bill’s main
interests were his family and friends,
sports and small wood crafting.
Bill leaves to mourn his longtime loving

Canora, Saskatchewan, Sheila (Walter) of
Minitonas, Manitoba, Rodney of Minitonas,

He was predeceased by his parents, a brother
