Nora Dilima Chartrand

It is with great sadness and sorrow that, we, the family announces the passing of our mother, grandmother, auntie and sister, Nora      Dilima Chartrand. She passed away in the Dauphin Hospital on     February 5th, 2016 with her children by her side. Mom was born on September 8th, 1924.

She leaves behind: her children William (Daisy), Rita (Roy), Viola, Howard (Lory), Franklin (Frances who passed away in 2014), Gary, Shirley (Daniel), Arlene (Stanley), Jean (Lena) and Brad & Ruthie who she raised as her own; her two brothers Daniel Sutherland of Dauphin and Harry Sutherland of Bowsman; 67 grandchildren and 59 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends too numerous to mention by name.

Mom was a hard worker all of her life raising her children and grandchildren. Mom loved camping out and picking blueberries.

Mom was predeceased by: her parents James and Melanie Sutherland, Xavier Chartrand, Frank Lagimodiere; brothers Gilbert, George and Charlie; sisters Lizzie, Virginia, Veronica and Amelia; two sons Andre (aka Pokes) and Thomas (aka Tommy) and grandchildren Shaylene, Jake, Ryan and Bradley.
