George John Hathaway

George was born in Grandview, MB on October 24th, 1934 to Albert and Pearl Hathaway. He received his education in Grandview.
During George’s life with working for MTS, him and his family moved around southern Manitoba. In 1964, they decided to settle in Swan River.
George’s hobbies included camping, fishing and in later years animal protection.
George is survived by his beloved partner Audrey; by Gary (Leann), Cheryl, Lori (Byron) and Brenda; four grandchildren Robin Cross, Amanda Morrison, Chelsea Bullee (Matt) and Kelsey Morrison; and three great-grandchildren Zac Cross, Codi Bullee and Max Cross.
George was predeceased by his father Albert Hathaway; mother Pearl Hathaway and by his brother James Hathaway.
