Eunice Adrienne Szlachtycz
July 20, 1929 ~ September 19, 2015 (age 86) 86 Years OldEunice Adrienne Szlachtycz of Benito, Manitoba passed away in the Swan River Valley Health Centre on Saturday, September 19th, 2015 at the age of 86 years.
Eunice was born in Radville, Saskatchewan on July 20th, 1929 to George and Myrtle Crone. She received her education at Watson Creek School and Paseka School.
Eunice met and married William Mazuren of Benito, Manitoba. Sadly he passed away in 1979 and she re-married to Russell Szlachtycz of Benito, who is presiding in the Personal Care Home in Benito.
During her life, Eunice lived in Radville, Saskatchewan, Arran District and since 1949, she has lived in Benito. Eunice worked as a house hold helper, a telephone operator and as a local store owner. She enjoyed her gardening, sewing, crafts as well as her puzzles.
Eunice is survived by her husband Russell; daughter Camie (Edwin) Crook; son Dennis Mazuren; daughter Barbara (Jerry) Rogalski; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and by her sister Georgina Hughes.
She was predeceased by her first husband Bill Mazuren; her daughter Leta Michalchuk; parents George and Mrytle Crone; sister Myrna Shaw and her brother Milton Crone.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the Benito Cemetery, Benito, Manitoba with Eric Neufeld officiating.
