We recognize that the holiday season can be especially hard for those who are mourning the loss of a loved one.  The joyfulness of the season conflicts with the emptiness of your heart.  Our Christmas Candlelight Memorial Service allows you to escape from this hectic season to remember your loved one in a calm and quiet place.  The service provides a place of support and understanding for you to grieve, reflect and heal with others who have lost loved ones. 

The service includes prayers, Scripture and familiar music and involves clergy from several different denominations.  The service provides a message of comfort for those who mourn and struggle and shines a light of hope and peace for the future.  Everyone who attends will be given a candle to light in memory of their loved one.

At the front of the chapel we place a Christmas tree adorned  with white angels in memory of all those who have passed.  You will be given a star ornament on which to write the name of your loved one and during the service you will have an opportunity to hang your star on the tree in exchange for one of the angels.
